Status show will receive by today,waited from morning till 10pm+ still not delivered and didn’t receive any delivery status update(delay or postponed).

Still waiting for the delivery to my relatives place. The senior folks sleep early at night. How and who can wait? System not accurate to show delivery status. It only asks for feedback about delivery experience. How to respond?
