Items stated will deliver by 12 December but it’s 15 December now? Tracking on website states item is not found with driver this put on hold. What kind of efficiency is this? Next time my item is handled by Shopee Xpress I will cancel my order.

The interface was not friendly for handphone users. The need to scroll around the page and not easy to select the post office.
