The delivery guy did not even show up and yet qexpress still stated that delivery failed to the address and will deliver another day and will only make 3 attempts

supposed to arrive on 15th Dec, apparantly delivery failed cause "outside of 3PL coverage, whatever that means. 18th now and still no update.
