Ordered my product on 9th Dec actual delivery date is 16th.. till now I didn't receive from SPX Service. No CS fuck lahhhh..

The delivery man completely screwed up the address. The guy is an absolute moron as it didn’t even have the same number and stated delivery. Reported to Lazada and demanded a refund. Will never buy from this shipper or again and not from this idiotic QXpress delivery. They must hire a bunch of muppets - 12/20/2023 18:35:10

The parcel has been on the status of being delivered by courier but this has been for the past 5 days. Till now I have not receive my parcel and order. What is this?!

Untrustworthy courier service. Marked as delivered when my package is no where to be seen. My helper is home whole, and I kept asking my helper if received but never! I am expecting my orders to arrive as I would want to wear my dress tomorrow, but seem like i am not able to. Would not even give a 1 for rating. Please rectify ASAP cos seem like many have made a very unpleasant review! And I have 3 items in one WayBill and it cost me quite alot!

I did not receive my item and the electronic proof of delivery shows a different unit number than what was saved in my delivery address. the postal code is also different from what is shown in my delivery address
