Avoid using SPX at all cost. My parcel isn’t that small, how the hell did SPX lose my parcel worth $200? And for an opted EXPRESS delivery it took 8 DAYS to respond back and mark my parcel as LOST. Crazy this kind of thing also cannot handle? What’s the point of paying for express and where is my compensation. What the hell the delivery men doing resulting in my parcel being LOST?

lousy SPX service. Fake out for delivery status which just put for fun. Will use new platform over Shopee if shopee not gg to do anything. Lousy purchase experience.

Same as the rest!!! Dunno the drivers is drive themselves go home sleep, is it.....even my delivery from China has arrived. And the gifts I buy from a Singapore shop hasn't even arrived after two weeks!
