If there is option for 0 star i will give. Both my parcel has been out for delivery on different days and both couldn’t be delivered within the same day. I waited until 1am in the morning to see whether I have receive my parcel but then it says they will reattempt the delivery in the next 24-48 hours. It has been 36 hours since then, and no delivery attempt yet. Rubbish courier company, rubbish delivery drivers, rubbish service, rubbish tracking. Sellers pls avoid this courier company at all costs. Use ninjavan or singpost

My pascal didn’t show up just like on website said. This time is second time. Status delivered but not received pascal.

Ordered items on 12/12/23 for my sister and husband and especially one of the item is the last stock left. Parcel SG2386629828486 was shown as Out for Delivery since 21/12/23 and Shoppee automatically cancelled my order on 27/12/23 with reason as "Lost in Transit". I am most unhappy with Shoppee Xpress for loosing my items and can see that other customers are also experiencing bad service from this Feedback Review.

fucking shit delivery, pls hire a driver who actually does his job and delivers all the parcels in the same day instead of always finding excuses that the parcel cannot be delivered
