Waited whole day on (05/01/2024 & 06/01/2024) at home for my parcel and yet received massage from Qxpress: Tracking no. QXSGD05458783 Pickup of your parcel was not successful today, we will attempt again on the next working day. Wasting my time for waiting for 2 days. Please refund my delivery fee. This is the worst delivery services in Singapore.

Way too slow. If you say receive by today. then it should arrive today. Not the day after.
