Status shows delivering since 12pm and the app shows I should receive the item by today but until now at 8pm, item not yet received. Really annoying, I need the item ASAP. No need to use the brand name Xpress because it's not express at all.

I'm expecting a fast delivery sending from overseas. The system of that country shows the package has been sent to Singapore on 6 Jan, and failed for delivery on 8 Jan. I'm very surprised as all my family are at home on 8 Jan and there's no door bell, phone calls, nor messages leaving to me (recipient). The ID EE728710826TW is untraceable in Singpost website.

Im not received my packet until almost 10 days! I ordered from foot locker singapore and they used this logistic. My ordered is not cheap ya ! But until now , I haven’t received the items !

Many of my parcels have been delivered late at night at around 9pm - 10pm. Sometimes in the morning it says out for delivery but it didn't came. Next day it says parcel failed to deliver. Very very slow.

Parcel already out for delivery to my preferred pick locker on 6/1/2024 as at 0908 hrs.Till today,8/1/2024 as at 1640hrs. Still did not receive sms to receive my parcel .Very bad delivery service provided
