Parcel already out for delivery to my preferred pick locker on 6/1/2024 as at 0908 hrs.Till today,8/1/2024 as at 1640hrs. Still did not receive sms to receive my parcel .Very bad delivery service provided

The SPX delivery china woman keep throwing my parcel everytime she send my items .After I say her , she's angry n she keep trying to take my face photo every delivery . Sometimes she will try to squeeze the small parcel through my gate but some items really can't go through n she don't listen and will just push through. Box dented many times . She will also grumble some Chinese words as she walk off. Like cursing or whatever I not sure but its in a very bad voice tone. Complain to shoppee one time but no reply from shoppee . Super bad experience.

Delivery guy was SUPPPPPPEEERRRR RUDE!!!! I was right in front of him and he could just give my parcel nicely to me, but he drop it on the floor, didn’t even attempt to apologise and immediately took picture of my unit number. Even if my parcel is not fragile he could at least give it nicely to me. There’s no excuse for being rude!

Why is my goods is delivery unsuccessful.we are at home waiting,the delivery person did not knock at my door or use the doorbell.why mark as customer reschedule delivery whereas we did not change it.till now there is no respond and who knows it will mark it again and i dont recieve it.i need some answers about this issue.
