My parcel was attempted to deliver once on 19/12. It is immediately returned to company by delivery guy and was placed to long keep in failed store. Please assist with this. It is suppose to be a christmas gift!!!

I was at home all day, however nobody came And the parcel has a status of unsuccessful delivery. Nobody even called my phone

Close to a hundred dollars worth of items not delivered but status shown otherwise. Delivery personnel uploaded a questionable photo as proof of delivery featuring an unrelated product in his own vehicle.

Delivery person just threw my package at the front door. Lucky the glass bottle was bubbled wrapped. His action was caught on my cctv

I have not received the product but it says it has been delivered. Contacting customer services for the post two days but it asks me to hold to speak to a person. Even after 20 mins of hold I'm not able to speak to them. I have paid $15 for shipping.

Today 9/1/24 i was supposed to receive a parcel . I been waiting till 2318hrs and receive a message stated delivered failed? How can it be ? No one came to my unit or even knock the door.. i was at home the whole day
