horrible, sg isnt even that big how can my packages be out for delivery for 2 days, i have been home the entire time so no reason to say that im not home, very inefficient service

PLS CHANGE A CAN DIAL NUMBER and package had already arrived the hub the day before but nobody was assigned to deliver the package the whole day ??? never trust SPX again

I'm at home the moment I received msg delivery failed but nobody call me and nobody press door bell once they at in front of my house. Normal delivery by 10pm should be delivered right but I received msg after 10pm. No 1 come doing the delivery but said delivery failed. I'm so disappointed with ur company service. Very very poor service
