Don't call express, call yourself fucking slow inefficient dog cannot meet minimum expectations of a courier company, might as well close down operate for fuck when you're not even delivering things????? Everything about it is bad and customer service just uses template answers with 0 help given. 0 accountability and unreliable wtf my parcel hasn't even arrived and no one has any answers. If you can't do better then just don't do it at all for fucks sake. Everyone do yourself a favor and use anything else except this crap

A few cassions already, delivery man updated status as 'cannot deliver because recipient not at location'. No intercom call was attempted, no phone call from delivery man before the status was updated. Not sure if delivery was attempted in the first place! Very bad service!!

Did not leave item at doorstep as requested as courier delivered at an inconvenient time of 2:43 AM. instead, they simply left the parcel on top of the letter box, increasing the risk of it being taken away by others. Fortunately a neighbour cautioned us about this, if not I would not have been able to locate my item. No courtesy from courier to at least send us a picture of the items exact location and left us hunting high and low for the delivered item.🙄
