I have arranged thrice but 2 days status shows pickup failed then one while day in progress but my parcel delivery not even picked up

No update on delivery. Says 24-48hour will attempt to deliver but did not. Still have not received delivery after 4 days

very bad delay, ordered shoppee supermarket from singapore but things is slower to deliver than stuff from china. 1week ledi still not receive yet.
