It’s a one way communication. I can only collect item during office hours but I work in the office during office hours . The item should not be returned to the warehouse without checking with the buyers. The shop doesn’t open on Sunday and it closes at 6. How do you expect me to collect my item during office hours ? Reasonable amount of lead time should be given to collect the item.

OnHold Your parcel is on-hold. Reason: [Item Not Found with Driver] 🤔 if the item is delayed, I can understand. Item not found with driver but was stated out for delivery then I’m really wondering if the staff in logistics be it backend or driver did their check before sending out or is there sabotage somewhere. I am expecting my parcel box not to be dented, torn etc. this is not the first time from this delivery company I have such an issue

Out for delivery Thursday and Friday both days did not deliver. Today is Saturday still not arrived yet. No explanation from SPX express.

How is it possible that I’m not at home when I’m waiting the whole day for the parcel? I did not receive any call and my door camera did not capture the deliveryman.
