I order an item, which reaches SG and first delivery attempt was made on 9th Jan 2024 but it shows failed due to the collection point full. Second time also repeated same, I made a special request via customer support that if the collection point is full please give me a call, so I ll go down and collect since it is less than 40mtrs only. But third time also the delivery agent made it unsuccessful with the same reason. Until now 20th January 1447hrs, the delivery didn't happen. More than three times got assurance from customer service that the delivery will happen following day but didn't. I'm looking forward to face it legally since this is unacceptable. If anyone have same expertise join with me. Thanks
