Very slow service. Ordered parcel on 18th Jan and it is delayed by 2 days (likely to be even worse given the numerous negative reviews). SPX needs more transparency about the location of the parcel and not make false claims to customers that a parcel will arrive at a certain time. Will never buy again.

Seeing as me and many other reviewers are facing the same problem of "parcel is out for delivery" and after a few days still never reaching their homes, we expect a lot more communication from SPX's side. 1) Why would the parcels be marked as "out for delivery" when it has clearly never left the delivery hub. Please update your SOP and ensure regulations are followed. When tagged as "out for delivery", customers would expect their parcels to be delivered on that day or the next day. You are heightening our expectations and then dunking on them. If still in the delivery hub and there isn't any delivery attempt, DO NOT say it is. 2) If there is going to be any delay, we expect an announcement on Shopee app or website informing us of the expected delays. This should be used as an opportunity to remove SPX as one of the delivery services and allow the other carriers to alleviate the burden of large quantity of parcels to be delivered. I was aware of SPX not delivering parcels on time recently but I had no option to change to any other courier service. Why should we be forced with a courier service that cannot deliver on time? As many people have yet to receive their parcels for up to a week, I genuinely hope you have been contacting and following up with them. 3) When contacting for live chat and agent via the shopee chat or email, we'll be directed to a chatbot that provides us with generic and standard templates of assurance with no follow up action of the sort. "Not to worry, I have submitted a request to my fleet team to locate your parcel and expedite its delivery, hopefully in the next 24-48 working hours." What happens after 48 hours? Shouldn't there be more follow up from Shopee's end? I have had bad experiences with SPX in the past and I would not have selected SPX if it did not force me to in the first place. At this point, I hope my and everyone's parcels are not damaged having been exposed to risk for so long and just wish for it to arrive.

The delivery team for potong pasir needs some improvements as parcels are not being delivered despite the status indicating out for delivery with 2 failed attempts even though there's someone home whole day and the delivery instruction is to leave at door. It has happened for a few months. On rainy days, the parcels are wet with torn packages or boxes.

My order arrived at Singapore on 8 January, and it’s going 2 weeks my parcel still didn’t receive. It status locker full, but I contacted the locker company and its said there’s still available slot. Wth is spx doing.

Horrible,first delivery delayed by 3 days nvm,second delivery delayed for a week due to driver not getting the parcel nvm its ok,i waited but they cancelled the order and refunded me with the reason(parcel lost in transit) this is fking irresponsible,how can u cock up this fking badly,i have been always using JnT or other deliveries ,there are no issues,only when it comes to this there are such problems,remove the option to use spx in shopee or do give other delivery options or improve ur services.I m not the only one who had this issue,my gf ordered another item as well,her item was delivered but delayed due to the driver not taking the item.Is ur driver incompetent to not even check the items? Ik there are alot of stuff to deliver,i dont mind the delay but at least give me my items at least ffs

My parcel supposed to get by 20th Jan and till now it seems no where. This dillivery agent really sucks. Shoppe sould terminate their service as almost all the complain is having the same issues. I demand the goods Imediately..if not no tolerances on any excuse. Shoppe should be liable for such service
