Shopee Live Agent Empty Promise, SPX Miss-Sorted Issue. I don’t even know what’s the point of telling the Live Agent who will always tell you to wait for 2 minutes while they check but day after day order still not received. Promised and assured you but didn’t deliver or have the decency to follow up. What kind of work ethic is this Shopee? Item not found with Driver but no update if it’s found but promised to be delivered within a day? Stupid yet still want to Bullshit.
