Please deliver the parcel if you said that you are going to deliver it. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. The only explanation that will be acceptable would be that the driver had a bad account and could not come. Delivery date is a promise between the shop and the buyer. Me as one person boycotting will not make any difference but it really is disappointing and I do not think that I will be using shoppee anymore.

I'm waiting for my shinai and other items to come for my kendo training and it say that it been out for delivery since yesterday around 9 in the morning and I expecting to be delivered by today but still haven't received. Pls tell the delivery driver to be on task. Plus Shopee should have put longer date so other customers will understand the situation. But this not

Poor courier! I don't believe just a small parcel courier can't re-attempt and there is almost one week ald. Where is my parcel, if missing then do the refund to buyer and seller! Call service centre and always get the same answer said we will deliver ur parcel in the next two days and now ald more than 1week!

I was at home whole day but nobody knicks on the door for delivery suddenly i received a message stated delivery failed. Today same thing happen just received sma no calls nothing to verify with me.
