Ninja Van delivery service is really terrible, it showed goods delivered but never at all. Left msg and they said call back on my status but never get it done! What kind of customer service they have! I'm really angry amd unhappy about my paid goods are not cheap, where have they delivered too??? I just hope the seller try not to get Ninja Van for their delivery service .

My advise to all, those who order from 25/1/24 till today you have not receive. Be expected for a refund and you got to reorder and wait again. Feedback to Shopee not to use this Logistic company anymore and my concern is our address has been out there not knowing who took our parcel.

My parcel got stuck there for 2 days already and I'm in need of a phone case to protect my phone, it's the 3rd time I'm having issues with delivery. I paid more for the delivery to be done in 5 days but the parcel still hasn't arrived. What shitty delivery company is this SHOPEE CAN YOU UP YOUR GAME EVEN MY CHINA PARCEL CAN ARRIVE FASTER THAN YOURS 🙄
