I was at home whole day but nobody knicks on the door for delivery suddenly i received a message stated delivery failed. Today same thing happen just received sma no calls nothing to verify with me.

Parcel was out for delivery since 26 Jan but up to now, I haven't received it. Shopee details indicated "Missorted parcel. Will attempt redelivery." But Tracking website indicated "Item not found with driver" So where is my parcel?

Was informed that item will be delivered on Saturday. Waited whole day, there was no delivery. Still no delivery on Sunday. Wasted my Saturday waiting. Low trust value.

your delivery people always throw items into my house even though the door is opened and there's people in house. fragile items also throw, very bad service. This isn't the only one package they did this.

Suppose to deliver on 27/1/24 but received notice from SingPost that there is no unit number . I am living in a landed property which only has house number . The delivery agent is very poor and lazy
