supposed to arrived by 29 jan and it’s now 2 feb with no update regarding the parcel, checked the tracking says item is not with driver????? what nonsense? and there’s still no follow up on it. Buck up ah

Out since 10:35am. Waited whole day at home just for the item and did not arrived or rather get call from the driver. Service is superbad. I hope will all these remarks they will wake up if not, too bad u are losing business. Wasted my day waiting. Thanks for ur f*#% up service

I wish there was a zero or negative star rating. Terrible ! I paid for next day express delivery. Suppose to receive on 30 Jan. already 2 days late. Finally get message from their customer service. But even they cannot contact their fleet !!!! So I kept chasing them and now they don’t even want to reply my message la !!!! Like seriously !!!! First time I encounter this kinda delivery blunder after making hundreds of purchase. Unbelievable to an epic level !!!!!

Out for delivery since 1/31/2023 till not status still same ‘out for delivery’ wtf are u guys doing?? Called to expedite alr but no action done. Worst fleet ever
