Package was delivered the next day as expected. Courier person even provided an update once the package was delivered. Awesome!

I ordered the item on 24 Jan, but still in delivery….. We need it tomorrow, February 6th. It hasn't arrived yet! Our event has been affected. Who will bear the loss?

My another parcel supposed to be send by 2/2 till now i did not receive it. It state will re attempt delivery by 24-48hrs! Please how can i assure it will be send??!!!

Delivery man threw the parcel, even when the door was open. And I was coming to collect the parcel, he just threw it.

No photo send to hp and only update system as delivered. Cannot even track where the parcel is placed. Need to show proof pic where is the parcel placed.

My parcel supposed to be delivered by yesterday till today I've not receive and not even an update when will it be deliver.. Who am i supposed to contact with regards of my parcel?

“Out for delivery” but not even delivered after 2 days ?! And even if delivered on the “same day” it usually comes at 2-3 am . Can imagine those people that stay at home just to receive parcels since it says parcel is “out for delivery”.

SPX express is not reliable as always anymore. 31 Jan - Stated that out for delivery 1Feb - Not delivery. Stated that deliveryman could not fulfil the order wanted for 24-48hr On 1 feb contacted their “Customer service” live agent stated 24-48hr will be delivered and ensured will be delivered On 2 Feb item still not delivered which stated i wanted the item by 3Feb latest. One of the live agent stated not their issue and stated they them self is a buyer and understand how i felt. When asking for a solution just apologise but could not give me a exact date of delivery. Afterwards ended the chat in rage? After that 2nd time i contacted the live agent was better in terms of attitude. But ensure me will be delivered by 3Feb (It’s a lie). 3 Feb - No delivery made or any updated On 3rd feb contacted them again. Same reason given same “SOLUTION” given wait another 24hr. So they BS and lied to me on 2 Feb. Might as well tell me the truth and i could have refunded earlier to buy from another seller with completely different delivery company. Will be asking all my sell if using SPX i will not order from them anymore
