Apps have shown out of delivery, but I haven’t received it yet, and apps have not been updated. It’s already the second day, and it keeps showing out of delivery. If I want to speed up delivery, I have to wait 24 hours for notification. Why is Shopee closed these days? Have celebrated the New Year early！

Ninja Van delivery service is really terrible, it showed goods delivered but never at all. Left msg and they said call back on my status but never get it done! What kind of customer service they have! I'm really angry amd unhappy about my paid goods are not cheap, where have they delivered too??? I just hope the seller try not to get Ninja Van for their delivery service .

My advise to all, those who order from 25/1/24 till today you have not receive. Be expected for a refund and you got to reorder and wait again. Feedback to Shopee not to use this Logistic company anymore and my concern is our address has been out there not knowing who took our parcel.
