Parcel has been stuck for more than a week in Singapore. Did not arrive in time for valentine's even though I ordered more than 2 weeks ago.

Poor communication. The parcel from shopee was originally stated to be delivered on 8th Feb. On 8th Feb, was notified on shopee that the driver was not able to deliver on time and will reattempt in the next 24-48hrs. Given that it was CNY, it can be understood that within 48hrs may not have been possible. However, as of 13th Feb, no further updates have been given, leaving a complete mystery on where's my parcel.
