Have purchase with urgent next day delivery, but now already 9:36pm still not received any parcel yet. And have no way to contact the courier man. At least got an update to let customer know before what time can reach right? Nothing no one to contact.

worse service ever.... told the person to put the parcel inside the box provided... instade just left the parcel on the gate and diny even reply to the msg and just left off... the entire parcel got wet in the rain...

One of the WORST services ever encountered. Courier is lazy and has no integrity!!! Just stood outside my unit and when i opened my door and called oit had the audacity to ignore me and went to the lift. Pls dont hire students for this. No intregity or responsibility. So now what? Its gonna reflected delivery attempted and gonna retry?!
