One of the WORST services ever encountered. Courier is lazy and has no integrity!!! Just stood outside my unit and when i opened my door and called oit had the audacity to ignore me and went to the lift. Pls dont hire students for this. No intregity or responsibility. So now what? Its gonna reflected delivery attempted and gonna retry?!

All I see in system is delivery at 11 pm failed. No further details of date and time of next delivery. No way to communicate with delivery person. Failed attempt because of delivery company's fault. Of course my condo security will not allow delivery at such a late time.

Ordered being collected but delivery is being delayed and delivery guy didn't give an answer after i asked. Expected collection date suppose to be on 6/2 end up on 7/2.

Atleast give an estimate timing for waiting. People have other things to attend too then just waiting for parcel that hasn't come from morning till now.

Everyone home but yet they claim unsuccessful dellivery cos no one in. And then proceed to take a rubbish pic of totally different unit. Shitshow all round, would give zero if i could
