If delivery guy is lazy or too many deliveries to make, go complain to your manager. Don’t lie and say customer reschedule. It’s not true.

Supposed to deliver my items on the 4th but did not arrive and said will re attempt in nxt 24hrs-48hrs! What the heck!!! Seriously why take in more parcels to be delivered when you can't even commit!!!
