never get any phone call when the parcel arrived,when asking the customer service just late abit reply, straight away can't asking anymore.

Items out for delivery for 3 days and no delivery attempt. Delivery guy conveniently update that items were sent at 4:08 am and no one at premise. What dirty trick!!! Not the first time!!!

If delivery guy is lazy or too many deliveries to make, go complain to your manager. Don’t lie and say customer reschedule. It’s not true.
