I ordered from TikTok shop and it was delivered by qxpress. They said they have confirmed that delivery is complete. And they even took pictures of my door and unit number, which is correct. However, i still do not have the product and i don’t know what happened. The delivery guy probably took the product and took it for his own sake. Horrible service and i hope i can avoid this delivery service at all times

I didn't even received any calls, and my delivery is unsuccessful? Is a factory, definitely there's somebody to receive the parcels. I paid slightly more for next day delivery yet delivery is unsuccessful.
