很差很差的服务，包裹09/03 抵达新加坡 预计10/03送达，可是没送达。已经extend shoppe guarantee period，显示14/03会送达，现在已经17/03 我的包裹一直没有收到！！！

My parcel failed to deliver and said it will be redelivered within 48 hours but it’s been 3 days and I’ve got no updates. I’m bought this to bring on my overseas trip but now I don’t know if I can get it in time

Get better shipping pls. Sort faster because you claim/guarantee the item will come but it never came on the day they promised.
