Get better shipping pls. Sort faster because you claim/guarantee the item will come but it never came on the day they promised.

Status shows delivery failed but there was no attempt to deliver at that time. I was home whole day.

Terrible service it says my parcel is out for delivery since 11th March next it shows driver had no time redelivery will be made in 1-2 days well its 3 days now and it still didn't get delivered yet and worse I saw the courier earlier at my place but where is my parcel?the tracking update not at all Terrible service shopee should use a more reliable courier like Ninja Van
