Whenever it comes to shopee home delivery by spx there is a problem first they lost 2 of my parcels now for another parcel they can't deliver it because they can't enter my condo?but same day same time and same courier can deliver my husband's parcel but mine not worst courier ever from now on I don't use shopee spx courier anymore really annoying until now I don't receive my parcel im pissed off

Deliver the package! Customer service updated the system to say ‘ delivered ‘ . It has NOT ben delivered ! That’s why I contacted customer service in the first place !

This is the worst delivery company.. they told me they would deliver my order on the 25th March at 8pm and it is already 28th March but no deliveries yet. They still haven’t updated about my order status and don’t bother to update me even though I have msged them multiple times through WhatsApp. Where am I supposed to go looking for my orders? What am I supposed to do now? Worst service ever.
