The delivery state 1st April and didn’t deliver in time was waiting afternoon to night and then now 2nd April still Not yet delivery to my home

Was told that I would receive my parcel around 28-30 March. Was delayed till 1 April but that’s fine. On the day of delivery, it showed that it’s out for delivery but at 1am, still no sign of the parcel.

Happily reject my parcel w/o my consent even though spoke to the customer service less than 1 hr n delay delivery days n stated recipient not at location. Driver dont bother to call buyer to check exact location. Service sucks
