Dear Qxpress, my parcel has the CORRECT address, but the delivery was still unsuccessful. The delivery man has took a photo of the parcel with the CORRECT printed address and the background of the photos shows it is not at even my place. Please help with regards to the problem. Thank you.

Courier left at 7am for delivery, 14 hours later still not delivered. Wasted my leave today.

Be aware this spx courier steal our parcels 3 parcels has been stolen so far since March And 2 more just went missing I'm getting upset i dont think i will order from shopee again if they don't change their courier Shopee don't care at all they just mark it as lost and its so obvious it keep happening again dont they notice it?

Don’t overpromise your client. If you say it’s guaranteed delivery on a certain day, keep to your promise

Courier ALWAYS leaves my parcel at my doorstep without pressing the doorbell. I’m not home all the time, BUT MY HELPER IS. I just need him to press the doorbell to inform my helper to collect the parcel but he always just leaves it at my doorstep even though I NEVER EVER tick the “leave at doorstep” option. This old dude probably in his 50/60s never listens. I have WhatsApped him many many times to tell him please press the doorbell so that my helper can bring the parcel in. He does not need to wait at the door for anyone to attend to him, just press the bell to inform anyone in my house. But he just leaves it there. Already lost a few parcels due to his negligence. Have complained to shopee so many times but nothing is being done. Ridiculous service.

They didn’t even deliver and say delivery fail. Dishonest delivery man. I was home the whole way
