The delivery status shown "out for delivery" on 8 Apr 1.19pm, still no sign of delivery after 2 full days! This is not the first incident of such kind that I have experienced. Did somebody updated the status to meet kip and not reflect the true status of the deliver?

Informed out for delivery at 7.30am on 9 April 24 but parcel have not received as promised and waiting until midnight and now already 10 April 24 still have not received my parcel Now my daughter and me did not have any attire to wear for my hari raya celebration. I feel Very dissapointed with shoppe that did not do anything to the delivery man to send as soon as possible as I talk the shoppe Agent bout the issue. Shoppe should have provide delivery man contact number to on their system so that buyer can communiate with the delivery man. Example like Ninja van they have provide contact number to buyer who send their parcel on their system. Shoppe should adjust their system too.

this is the 4th time my delivery was late lolll.. status showed out for delivery since 7am but it ends up only being delivered the next day. please update the system earlier if theres insufficient time for delivery because it really sucks having to wait a whole day just for the parcel to not be delivered & for the whole system to be only updated at midnight. giving false hope fr 🙄

Delivery guy just throw my item on floor when my door is open and l’m at living hall. Couldn’t he just say delivery I would have personally take my parcel from him. Very poor service
