Neither door bell nor door knock was heard. Suddenly received SMS stating tried to deliver but failed. The attempted was done at 22:18hrs. Logically, who would standby at the door that timing just to wait for delivery? Pretty sure no delivery was done as stated. Emailed no reply. Hotline no one answer calls.

status showed that driver was supposed to deliver my parcel between 2 april & 3 april. suddenly, shopee updated the status & tells me that driver was not able to deliver my package on time so the driver will deliver my package in the next 24-48 hours. now it has been 2 days after the updated status WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???!!! USELESS SERVICE EVER. shopee, if u continue to do this to ur customers u’re really going to lose a lot of customers because of such courier we wouldn't be able to have a gain of trust when shopping with shopee. i really thought that it will arrive on time & will be able to use it on the day where i needed it but NO. the delayed delivery ruined it. please think of ur customers shopee. once again, i’m utterly disappointed & i won’t be shopping at shopee anymore as this has occured to me multiple times.

11.09pm still haven't received my parcel. Delivery guy texted at 8.25pm. Can't expect us to acknowledge the parcel at wee hours ?

With regards to my previous feedback, I realised the reason provided by the delivery man was 'Recipient rescheduled' as shown on my delivery details (not due to wrong address). However, I did NOT request for any rescheduling. Please help to track who 'requested for the rescheduled'. Thank you.

Dear Qxpress, my parcel has the CORRECT address, but the delivery was still unsuccessful. The delivery man has took a photo of the parcel with the CORRECT printed address and the background of the photos shows it is not at even my place. Please help with regards to the problem. Thank you.

Courier left at 7am for delivery, 14 hours later still not delivered. Wasted my leave today.

Be aware this spx courier steal our parcels 3 parcels has been stolen so far since March And 2 more just went missing I'm getting upset i dont think i will order from shopee again if they don't change their courier Shopee don't care at all they just mark it as lost and its so obvious it keep happening again dont they notice it?
