this is the 4th time my delivery was late lolll.. status showed out for delivery since 7am but it ends up only being delivered the next day. please update the system earlier if theres insufficient time for delivery because it really sucks having to wait a whole day just for the parcel to not be delivered & for the whole system to be only updated at midnight. giving false hope fr 🙄

Delivery guy just throw my item on floor when my door is open and l’m at living hall. Couldn’t he just say delivery I would have personally take my parcel from him. Very poor service
