TRASH. I HAD DROPPED OFF MY ITEM AT ONE OF THE SPX EXPRESS DROP OFF POINT. STAFF SCANNED THE ITEM TOO. HOWEVER, ON SPX TRACKING WEBSITE IT SAYS 'ORDER CREATED' ONLY. IF THE STAFF SCANNED THE ITEM, WHY DOES IT ONLY SAYS ORDER CREATED. DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE'S THE ITEM NOW.

The first notification said parcel would be delivered on March 28. Didn't arrive. Then I received an SMS saying parcel will be delivered on March 29. Didn't arrive. No further updates after that. No information when I tried to track parcel on QExpress either.

Paid for next day delivery which is supposed to be on 26mar2024. Till today i have not received my parcel.
