All help lines - Viber, Messenger, Telegram - seem bogus. A live agent is never with you to answer your complaints. Message you with a 2-week delivery lead-time and then seller insists it's just 4 days. Next thing you know, your being told package will just be left outside your door and you're not even given a time window! This is a shit company!!!

I sent a letter through speed post paying $6.20 on 4/5/26 until today 7/5/26, the recipient haven't received the letter and i called the hotline but they can't find the letter.

Complaint. My front gate is locked but my door is open (left ajar.) But the delivery person just wrote the notice and left it inside a box I hang on my gate, expecting me to go collect from the SingPost branch. MANY TIMES ALREADY. I expect the delivery Staff to leave the letters in my box. i am inside my aircon room so I cannot hear him.
