Never receive door bell from courier and I am at home at 23:48 on 1 April. How to reach out to keep at safe place. Please leave parcel in the box on top of the shoe rack and WhatsApp me at 96918070 upon delivery. Thanks 🙏

The first notification said parcel would be delivered on March 28. Didn't arrive. Then I received an SMS saying parcel will be delivered on March 29. Didn't arrive. No further updates after that. No information when I tried to track parcel on QExpress either.
