Delivery attempt fail , but entire morning there people at home , with the door open . But see no man delivery to our door .

The first notification said parcel would be delivered on March 28. Didn't arrive. Then I received an SMS saying parcel will be delivered on March 29. Didn't arrive. No further updates after that. No information when I tried to track parcel on QExpress either.
