It said start delivery on Dec 18th 9am morning but till Dec 19th 4.30pm still no delivery ?

We was home the whole day and there was no one knocking on the door nor pressing the door bell, yet your dispatch marked this as failed delivery!!!

The delivery guy did not even show up and yet qexpress still stated that delivery failed to the address and will deliver another day and will only make 3 attempts

supposed to arrive on 15th Dec, apparantly delivery failed cause "outside of 3PL coverage, whatever that means. 18th now and still no update.
