Scheduled delivery date in 14 Dec 2023 but have not received parcel till today (17 Dec 2023). This is my 3rd purchase from local merchant through Lazada that failed delivery by the same courier since 4 Dec. Extremely bad experience!

There is no one at home. Instructions was left to leave the package by the shoe cabinet beside the door. This was not followed and delivery personnel just left.

The tracking system says delivery out but waited for a full day and nothing came. It came the following day morning. Product received in good condition. So I am good

I did not received my parcel at all but the status was indicated as delivered. Driver should have called before changing the status.
