Showed delivery attempt failed without even calling me or contact intercom to enter premise. No prove of attempted delivery or attempted to contact recipient. Should ask delivery staff to at least contact recipient if any delivery is attempted.

I have order my product on the 3rd December and still haven't received till now. And the tracking of my product says it's not with them. But the supplier said that they have handed it to them. 😥 We really needs it urgently for our performance next week

Lazada showing there is 2 attempts for return pick up but I did not received any calls from delivery man and I was at home for whole day, I did not hear anyone knocking door as well. Please reach me at +6588815569
