Delivery guy just throw my item on floor when my door is open and l’m at living hall. Couldn’t he just say delivery I would have personally take my parcel from him. Very poor service

My parcel ordered on the 5th April 2024, was due for next day delivery on 6th April 2024. I had been at home the entire day as the order status showed "out for delivery" since 7.14am on 6th April. However, I waited at home till 12 midnight, only for the order status to be updated as "delivery attempt unsuccessful receipient not at delivery location". My address was up to date and I did not received any missed call from your delivery man. This is really disappointing as I feel that I had wasted my precious time during weekend waiting for my parcel that never came. What's more, your delivery man lack integrity and honesty. If delivery attempt failed because lack of time, then just state honestly. He/She should not have tried to smoke his/her way through. So if my delivery location is wrong, shouldn't he/she have tried contacting me first?So now I'm wondering where and when will my parcel be delivered, kindly revert thank you.

status showed that driver was supposed to deliver my parcel between 2 april & 3 april. suddenly, shopee updated the status & tells me that driver was not able to deliver my package on time so the driver will deliver my package in the next 24-48 hours. now it has been 2 days after the updated status WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???!!! USELESS SERVICE EVER. shopee, if u continue to do this to ur customers u’re really going to lose a lot of customers because of such courier we wouldn't be able to have a gain of trust when shopping with shopee. i really thought that it will arrive on time & will be able to use it on the day where i needed it but NO. the delayed delivery ruined it. please think of ur customers shopee. once again, i’m utterly disappointed & i won’t be shopping at shopee anymore as this has occured to me multiple times.

11.09pm still haven't received my parcel. Delivery guy texted at 8.25pm. Can't expect us to acknowledge the parcel at wee hours ?

Courier left at 7am for delivery, 14 hours later still not delivered. Wasted my leave today.

Be aware this spx courier steal our parcels 3 parcels has been stolen so far since March And 2 more just went missing I'm getting upset i dont think i will order from shopee again if they don't change their courier Shopee don't care at all they just mark it as lost and its so obvious it keep happening again dont they notice it?
