Delivery guy +65 8839 8263 is so disrespectful to dump my parcel at the walkway eventhough I've suggested to him to leave the parcel in the riser or inbetween the gate if the parcel is small enough to be able to squeeze through. Delivery guy just ignored my texts and dump it at the walkway. SPX need to look into this matter as I've encountered lost of parcel previously and SPX delivery guy texted me and asked me to lie to Shoppe that I've receive the item when I did not. SPX needs to take this unreliable attitude seriously!

Delivery person just threw my package at the front door. Lucky the glass bottle was bubbled wrapped. His action was caught on my cctv

Status shows delivering since 12pm and the app shows I should receive the item by today but until now at 8pm, item not yet received. Really annoying, I need the item ASAP. No need to use the brand name Xpress because it's not express at all.

Many of my parcels have been delivered late at night at around 9pm - 10pm. Sometimes in the morning it says out for delivery but it didn't came. Next day it says parcel failed to deliver. Very very slow.

Parcel already out for delivery to my preferred pick locker on 6/1/2024 as at 0908 hrs.Till today,8/1/2024 as at 1640hrs. Still did not receive sms to receive my parcel .Very bad delivery service provided

The SPX delivery china woman keep throwing my parcel everytime she send my items .After I say her , she's angry n she keep trying to take my face photo every delivery . Sometimes she will try to squeeze the small parcel through my gate but some items really can't go through n she don't listen and will just push through. Box dented many times . She will also grumble some Chinese words as she walk off. Like cursing or whatever I not sure but its in a very bad voice tone. Complain to shoppee one time but no reply from shoppee . Super bad experience.
