Supposed to deliver my items on the 4th but did not arrive and said will re attempt in nxt 24hrs-48hrs! What the heck!!! Seriously why take in more parcels to be delivered when you can't even commit!!!

I feel like if you put a live location of the driver itll be way better than just a tracking number and 'your parcel is out for delivery' because its been arriving consistently at 5pm for my past parcels then today its currently 825pm but theres no delivery and the only thing i know about my items is that theyre out for delivery 😭🙏 atp idk if ill get it and its something ive waited for a week due to overseas shipping LMAO - at first i was like hm ok nvm but i saw the reviews and i think i scared myself PLEASE UPDATE TRACKING ITS STRESSFUL ONG

The collection timing is so restrictive...all are during office hours...and only 8-9am on sat. And only within 3 days. I practically cannot collect at all ! Secondly, I was not aware that the sending address would not be to my address. There is no clear prompting that it will be sent to a collection point which I was not prompted to select... This should be improved so that customer is aware that the sending address will not be the default user's address and that selection of collection point is necessary instead of sending to one where the customer is not even aware of. The user interface for this is very poorly design. Please improve on this.

Dishonest deliveryman. Marked as delivered but the package did not arrived. Even checked my video doorbell for movments outside my unit at the delivered time but no one came.

Don't call express, call yourself fucking slow inefficient dog cannot meet minimum expectations of a courier company, might as well close down operate for fuck when you're not even delivering things????? Everything about it is bad and customer service just uses template answers with 0 help given. 0 accountability and unreliable wtf my parcel hasn't even arrived and no one has any answers. If you can't do better then just don't do it at all for fucks sake. Everyone do yourself a favor and use anything else except this crap
