A few cassions already, delivery man updated status as 'cannot deliver because recipient not at location'. No intercom call was attempted, no phone call from delivery man before the status was updated. Not sure if delivery was attempted in the first place! Very bad service!!

Did not leave item at doorstep as requested as courier delivered at an inconvenient time of 2:43 AM. instead, they simply left the parcel on top of the letter box, increasing the risk of it being taken away by others. Fortunately a neighbour cautioned us about this, if not I would not have been able to locate my item. No courtesy from courier to at least send us a picture of the items exact location and left us hunting high and low for the delivered item.🙄

Please hire someone that is smarter rather than hiring someone doing things brainlessly that wanna do a delivery on a Sunday!

Item was showed "Out for delivery" for 2 days then showed "misorted parcel" Reply msg to the number of SPX Express stating that I need the item by 7th and no reply from them. This is my SPXSG044815462102

Very irresponsible service, the items have been shipped put by the seller almost immediate, but the items hold on at your side for a week plus. Very bad service.
