Many Singaporeans still think that Orchard Post Office is at the old building where KPO or Killiney Road. Had to google before I went to collect my new passport. The post office is at B2 Ion Orchard and very difficult to find.

Selected this branch as it was a convenient location to collect my passport. It wasn't very busy during my visit ( weekday 7pm ) and the whole process was completed within 15 mins. Thanks to all the previous reviews, I was able to find it easily. Exit the gantry towards Exit 3 with some ATMs nearby, walk towards the passageway and it is right in front of you.

One of the only few if not only post office that opens on Sundays and convenient for collecting passports or NRICs. Located in B2 of ION Orchard just next to the MRT station, it is usually busy on weekends but open longer than usual like mall hours.👍🏼

First time using the services at the Ion branch. I went on a Sat afternoon, and the line was short. It's a small post office, but well stocked. I was able to get the shipping supplies I needed to pack and send out my parcel on the spot. All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. Special shout out to Andre who helped me with my international shipping forms. I didn't have my reading glasses with me and was having a hard time filling out the shipping form. He kindly offered to help me with it. Overall, very good experience!

Went on Sunday just to drop a parcel. Thank goodness for the directions on the reviews 😭 the place was so hard to find! Other than that it was ok. So for everyone who needs it here are some directions from yours truly. After you come out of the Orchard MRT head to EXIT 3! SingPost is very near the Orchard MRT station. Exit 3 is the route towards Wisma & Ngee Ann City, head towards there but don’t go to Wisma. As you walk straight the first sign board you’ll see the label “SingPost”. Follow that route and you’ll see Taka Jewellery and on the right is SingPost. Do not go to the exit where Dior & Chanel are. Exit 3 is on the other side. There’s 2 Exit 3 (refer to last photo). The other exit 3 is next to the ATMs. If you walk straight you’ll see Taka Jewellery. SingPost is on the right side of it 😮‍💨 Hope this saves you the walk! 🥴

***Unreliable POPStation locker unlocks itself containing parcel & Staff reluctant to take found parcel*** Went to to Ion Orchard Post Office PopStation lockers to deposit 3 parcels where you have to scan a barcode to open a locker. One locker opened, revealing another package inside. I took out the package, placed mine in, and went to the counter to tell the staff what happened. Unfortunately the post office lady was not interested in listening and told me to take a number. I asked if I could hand the found package to her, but she said she had to handle another queue number. I replied that I can return the package to where I found it and then she tried to tell her colleague who rudely asked where I found the package at. I asked if he could take the package (no idea why it was so difficult for the post office staff to take a found package and return to the owner) and he grabbed it and rudely said thank you. To summarize, the POPStation lockers at Ion Orchard opens randomly and your packages are not safe, and now I will think twice purchasing online items which uses POPStation lockers from the Singapore Post Office for returns.

Only thing is the Singapore Post is located with all the jewellery shops and it is the other side nearer to the MRT station exit towards Popeye which is somewhere right above. Singapore Post is the only unique store among all the jewellers at that part of Ion. Hope that you can find it.

Both SAM machines are not working & all the staff can say, is "nothing we can do", except to wait for 25 minutes for them to open the doors for us to buy a $1 stamp. Superb customer service. 🥳

Collected my passport here. Took only 4-5 minutes for the whole process. When I reached (slightly before opening time), a few others have already formed a short queue at the entrance. Remember to take a queue ticket from the machine! There were 2-3 other counters that were open apart from the one for collection of ICA documents. In general, they seem relatively fast (in the 5 minutes since opening time, I’ve seen others’ queue numbers flashed on the screen several times). Officer who attended to me was prompt, patient and friendly! For those collecting passports, you have to present your IC + current passport. Direction: Exit Orchard MRT, look around for DBS ATMs. Exit in that direction, then turn right.

The place is actually very close to the orchard mrt. Take the exit to towards the direction of Wisma Atria but do not go to wisma. Walk to your right (see all the atm machine) and into the jewelry street (see pic) and walah sing post is there at the corner.

While waiting in the long queue I felt really dizzy and blacked out during posting and i also had major cramps , the nice worker at a counter (far end, most right) let me take a seat and he was really nice and understanding. He even gave me a dab of white flower oil (i think) to smell so my dizziness could go away. Not only this time, a few times I went before the counter workers were really nice and never seemed impatient although the queue was really long !

Usually just pop by to post letters or buy stamps. However this time round i need to send some parcels. 3/12/2020 - The staff (thin with pony tail) standing at the doorway, was extremely patience and shown me different padded envelope for my items (As no more boxes). Whether i would like to out all items into one or in different envelopes etc etc. Service was wonderful. However when it was my turn to be at the payment counter. Different story. Overall still a nice experience here :-)

As it was my first time to post something overseas, the lady at the entrance assisting on safe entry guide me through and the lady at the counter (I would like to mention that her nationality is Filipino as i didn’t get her name) helped me to save on post.
