Big Box is under renovation but DHL Express Service Point is still open for postage and collection (Dec 2022). If you are driving, you must enter from Venture Avenue and it is located on level 2. You’ll be directed to the reception which is located at the door near the ramp. Excellent service by the staff, keep up the great work!

Big Box is currently under renovation so it took a bit of a trip to get to DHL, however for those going in the future please head towards the car park entrence on Venture Avenue, there are signs on the way there that shows the direction towards DHL. Then head to level 2 and you will get there! The trip was quite worth it because the lady who assisted me was quite nice and patient, there was no queue for me so it was fast. Additionally you can contact them on WhatsApp if you are unsure about directions.

Friendly staff and was empty when i went. Place can be hard to find. If you are driving, look for Lift Lobby B in the basement carpark. Take the lift to level 2 and follow all the signs posted. Someone mentioned Lobby A but it’s incorrect.

Quick & good service. And yes, the Big Box is still under renovation (Feb 2022), so it's a mess. The easiest & shortest way is actually at level 1, next to car park entrance. It's only 4 min to walk from MRT using the over-bridge path.

Managed to find this place thanks to good review done a while ago. If I may add, for those who drive, go to basement, look for lobby A and take lift up to level 2. Queue wasn’t too long. Service staff is professional and willing to double confirm with customer service on any disputes. Good resting place and coffee machine but limited patrons owing to Covid.

Service staffs were always polite and professional during each visit. I also enjoy the hot beverages if I need to wait out. The only down side is having to wait outside, Air is so stale and very warm. Consider put an industrial standing fan to take care of your waiting customer. Someone might seriously get a heatstroke one day.

A horrendous experience — I almost had a meltdown while trying to find this place for 20 mins among renovation debris under the blazing sun. I can’t believe I paid for this delivery. I’ve been told that I didn’t have to schedule the delivery to this pickup point and could ignore the text msg to get home delivery but it was not obvious from the text message that I received at all.

Wonderfully helpful and polite staff. The queue system works great too. However it is a tiny bit confusing if it's your first time as: 1) the mall is closed down except for the DHL office 2) the place is understaffed, so you gotta read many plac-cards on the walls to figure out how to check in and get a queue number But there's a lot of signage and isn't difficult to navigate. Pro tip: after you scan both QR codes, wait around the front door and someone will let you in eventually!

Firstly, I would like to share on how to locate and find this DHL office as Big Box itself is having a massive renovation work. DO NOT ENTER FROM THE ENTRANCE along Boon Lay Way (Facing Ng Teng Fong Hospital). To gain access to BIG BOX, you must enter from the entrance along Venture Avenue (Facing MRT rail track), which is the rear side of BIG BOX building. Once you enter the building, take the elevator to level 2, turn right, go straight and you'll see DHL office. Now I'll comment on the service. Reach there, at the entrance, scan Safe Entry, then scan a QR code to get queue number, lastly, take your temperature. The staff are friendly & helpful. The whole process took me about 10 minutes. Thank you DHL. 👍😊.

Don't ever come for collection at these period as Big Box is in renovation and hassle to walk from outside into the building. Lots of blocking of access. Faster way is you drive in. They promise have surprise gift if u collect by yourself. But they never give until I enquire about it. Have to wait for 10 mins even no queue. If you are not urgent just stay home and for the delivery. Some more you pay for delivery fee already.

Terrible experience. I made an order online, the courier never came. I called their service centre and they start apologising and told me to go to their West Service Centre since I needed Express service and they missed my pick up slot. I arrived at 21.35 and they were already closed even though they should work until 22h. So unprofessional for a very premium price. You better of with a 30$ SingPost, it might arrive sooner than this 300$ DHL.

Was not able to enter the office, despite the fact that 2 front desk staff are in the office. They didn't answer the door bell or the caller number 62675881 The staff puts her hands up and ask us to stay outside, while we waited outside w/o any air conditioning. The other DHL staff entered and did not other to offer us to go in as well. Bad customer service and rude attitude. Please highly reconsider before coming to this outlet.
