Not the best service from this DHL Express point. There are unfortunately only a few points around SG which now accept package/letter drop-offs despite websites and info. Online advising otherwise. Cheers stores DO NOT ACCEPT these. No acknowledgement, greeting or welcome from the older Malaysian lady when I came to the desk (no queue initially). Poor instructions and guidance given around the process to create a Queue Number and enter all of your personal details required yourself. No one bothered to get up from the desk/counter to help & assist, despite there being no other customers. Another lady eventually came to confirm my package drop-off details etc. Slow, inefficient process, lazy, uncaring staff. Drop-off machine hidden in a corner beside the coffee machine, which can't be seen clearly from right-hand side of the counter. Only positive was the paperless system and e-Receipt once finally obtained.

Can do much better, especially for last mile delivery. They didnt manage to ring the doorbell (couldnt find it?), instead purportedly called my spare phone number with an unknown personal number (which nobody picks up nowadays due to scam calls). I couldnt find the calling card that was supposedly left as proof of arrival. So its inconclusive if any delivery attempt was really made. At least the contact center made an effort to rearrange for the next day morning. So that deserves a star.

Really appreciate the efficiency of DHL. The seller putting wrong address for my incoming parcel, I contacted DHL immediately received the shipment notice via email. DHL help desk is easily available, and immediately arrange the same day self collect. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, offered me a cup of free coffee while waiting for my parcel.
